Third-Party Subsidies & Rent Offers We accept rental assistance from third-party programs. All subsidy offers are subject to the property owner’s review and acceptance. Please note that the owner reserves the right to request the maximum allowable rent permitted by the applicable voucher or subsidy program. If the rental offer falls below the rent required by the owner, the application may be declined.
Screening & Credit Reporting Compliance All applicants may be subject to screening, which may include credit checks, background checks, income verification, and rental history.
No Binding Agreements via Communication Please note that emails, text messages, phone calls, or verbal statements do not create a binding agreement or acceptance of any offer. A lease is not valid, enforceable, or finalized until it is fully executed in writing by all required parties, including the property owner or their authorized representative.
General Property Policies & Terms Rental terms, pricing, features, availability, and promotions are subject to change at any time without notice and at the discretion of the owner. No unit is considered “held” or reserved until a holding deposit is received, a lease is signed and confirmed in writing. Occupancy limits, pet policies, smoking restrictions, and renter’s insurance requirements vary by property and must be confirmed prior to lease execution. Property descriptions and listing information are deemed reliable but not guaranteed. Applicants are responsible for independently verifying all property-related information.
Advertising Compliance & License Disclosure This communication and all related advertising comply with applicable laws and guidelines set forth by the California Department of Real Estate (DRE), including but not limited to: Proper disclosure of licensee information, Accurate and lawful advertising practices, and Clear representation of agency roles.
